Yasuhiko Okudera is a Japanese former football player and manager. Born on March 12, 1952, he is now the president of J2 League club Yokohama FC, and was formerly the president of English club Plymouth Argyle. He was the first Japanese footballer to play professionally in Europe and the first Asian to score in the European Cup. He made 32 appearances with the Japan national team.
