Sergey Semyonovich Sobyanin is a Russian politician currently serving as the 3rd mayor of Moscow since 2010. Before becoming mayor, Sobyanin served as the governor of Tyumen Oblast from 2001 to 2005. He also held the positions of Head of the Presidential Administration from 2005 to 2008 and Deputy Prime Minister of Russia. He holds the federal state civilian service rank of 1st class Active State Councillor of the Russian Federation.
