Rinat Fayzrakhmanovich Dasayev is a Russian football coach and former goalkeeper. He is considered one of the greatest goalkeepers in the history of Soviet and Russian football. Known for his agility, reflexes, and positioning, Dasayev was named the World's Best Goalkeeper by the IFFHS in 1988. He represented the Soviet Union national team in three World Cups and won a bronze medal at the 1980 Summer Olympics.
