Plamen Oresharski is a Bulgarian politician who served as Prime Minister of Bulgaria from 2013 to 2014. He is affiliated with the Bulgarian Socialist Party. Before becoming Prime Minister, Oresharski was a Member of the National Assembly and previously held the position of Minister of Finance from 2005 to 2009. He also served as Deputy Minister of Finance from 1997 to 2001.
