Perry Gladstone Christie is a Bahamian former politician who served two terms as Prime Minister of the Bahamas, from 2002 to 2007 and again from 2012 to 2017. He holds the distinction of being the second longest-serving elected parliamentarian in the Bahamas, representing the Centreville constituency from 1977 to 2017. Beyond politics, Christie is also a former athlete. He is a member of the Progressive Liberal Party.
