John Paul Jones is an accomplished English musician and record producer best known as the bassist and keyboardist for the iconic rock band Led Zeppelin. Before forming Led Zeppelin with Jimmy Page in 1968, he worked as a session musician and arranger. After Led Zeppelin disbanded in 1980 following the death of drummer John Bonham, Jones pursued a solo career and collaborated with various musicians across different genres. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1995 as a member of Led Zeppelin.
