Arayik Vladimiri Harutyunyan is an Armenian politician who served as the fourth president of the Republic of Artsakh from May 2020 to September 2023. Prior to becoming president, he was the Prime Minister and later the State Minister. He led Artsakh during the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh War, which resulted in significant territorial losses. He resigned from his position amid the Azerbaijani blockade of Nagorno-Karabakh in 2023.
