Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, also known as Letif Reshid, is an Iraqi politician currently serving as the 9th President of Iraq. He previously served as the Minister of Water Resources under several Iraqi governments. Rashid was also a spokesperson for the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) in the United Kingdom.
